Due to Welcov’s satisfaction with SourceGroup’s prior projects, we are currently working on their largest renovation and existing facility expansion to date. The work scope includes a major renovation of all common areas, parking lot, and infrastructure, as well as expanding the facility to add 25 new resident rooms. The upgrades to this 80,000 square foot facility now offers best-in-market environments and amenities to its residents as well as staff.
