COVENANT RETIREMENT COMMUNITIES
Covenant Retirement Communities hired SourceGroup to renovate and update its common areas in its six story building in Golden Valley. Phase 1 of the project was to renovate the mezzanine and third floor, and Phase 2 included the fourth floor and sixth floor. Renovations included new carpet, enameled millwork, acoustical ceilings, light fixtures and paint throughout the corridors and common spaces. The before-and-after transformation was incredible. SourceGroup completed the projects on time and on budget allowing Covenant Retirement Communities to maintain their competitive edge in the marketplace.
Covenant was so pleased with how we approached the project and interacted with staff as well as residents, we’ve been asked to complete numerous other improvements which have had us on site for almost two straight years
