Mission Healthcare furthered its existing relationship with SourceGroup when facing the massive undertaking of converting the third floor Skilled Care facility to a Traumatic Brain Injury Center. Working extensively with the Minnesota Department of Health, executive and on-site management, SourceGroup successfully executed its complex phasing plan to minimize resident and staff inconvenience as well as the financial impact of having multiple mission-critical services off-line for as little time as possible.
