To further its commitment to its Buy Happy promise, Morrie’s is undertaking a renovation of this 46,000 square foot dealership. In addition to bringing this store up to current Mazda Retail Evolution standards the facility will undergo a complete remodeling of its Service department, car wash as well as Administrative and Parts departments. Using our past experience managing extensive remodels and leverage the knowledge of MAG’s Fixed Operations Managers a detailed project sequencing plan was developed that will allow each department to remain fully functional over the course of this 9 month project.
