In an effort to leverage its existing holding in Wayzata, 701 East Lake Street, Beltz Enterprises looked to SourcerGroup for help developing its new property knowing its experience building in the immediate area and relationships with the City of Wayzata would help their project be completed successfully. Working hand in hand with the City as well as neighboring property owners SourceGroup successfully constructed and integrated this 52,000 sq ft. addition all the while working to overcome the challenges that the first year of COVID brought to our industry. Today the building is considered an immense success being fully leased, unique in design and home to thriving businesses such as The Grocer’s Table and LuLu Lemon.
