Wayzata Wine & Spirits and Wayzata Bar & Grill

SourceGroup’s management worked with the City of Wayzata and the architect throughout the design process to develop this 15,000-square-foot retail and restaurant space and meet the city’s aggressive construction-opening schedule. SourceGroup also managed coordination, integration and startup of the kitchen equipment and HVAC system, working closely with the Department of Health to ensure there were no surprises during the plan review process or on-site inspections.

Albert & Emma’s Convenience Store & Deli

Dooley Petroleum hired SourceGroup to construct this convenience store and dine-in deli. SourceGroup worked with the owner’s gasoline pump, car wash and kitchen equipment vendors throughout the development process to coordinate the proper mechanical and electrical services as well as a trouble-free install.

This facility offers a self-serve drive-thru car wash with the latest in car wash technology, 16-pump gasoline service, 12-door beverage cooler and 3-door freezer on the sales floor along with a large coffee and beverage bar. The kitchen offers a full menu for sit-down dining and doubles at night as a bakery operation to supply Emma Krumbie’s with all of their pastries and baked goods.

Northland Country Club

SourceGroup’s management took on the challenge of demolishing and completely rebuilding Northland Country Club’s clubhouse. The club’s objectives included adding amenities that would allow the club to serve the growing membership’s needs, incorporate new banquet and kitchen facilities that make significant contributions to the club’s bottom line, and to not compromise the Neoclassical architecture the clubhouse was known for since its 1899 inception.

The new kitchen and banquet facilities were doubled in size and designed to have multiple bar areas to enhance service. The ballroom accommodates up to 300 guests. It is exceptional for silent auction fundraisers, meetings, seminars, weddings, anniversaries, or any special occasions.

The “members only” second floor has a private bar and three private dining rooms with capacities ranging from two to 150 people.

Northland Country Club

Pizza Luce

Occupying the street level of the Technology Village, Pizza Lucé has become a popular destination for breakfast, business lunches, fun and lively dinners, as well as a great place to catch a beer or cocktail after work.

SourceGroup worked with restaurant management to design a unique space that would differentiate it from other similar offerings in town as well as incorporate specialized pollution control units that would address the gaseous and particulate emissions that adjacent building owner’s and upper floor office tenants voiced concern over.

Pizza Lucé remains one of downtown’s go-to lunch destinations for professionals and a hip happy hour or evening cocktail place to catch local music three evenings a week.

Denfeld Retail Center

Transforming a 100-year-old horseshoe factory into a modern retail complex meant working through complex environmental issues with the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency and city building regulations.

SourceGroup took on the challenge and created a retail complex that provides cost-efficient space for nearly two dozen tenants.

Denfeld Retail Center

Valentini’s Vincino Lago

SourceGroup took the lead in reconstructing this former retail building into an upscale restaurant/wine bar on the shores of Lake Superior. This 6,300 square foot facility will houses Valentini’s Vincino Lago on the main level with a dining area, gallery and an additional scenic-view, open-air piazza. The high-end eatery accommodates approximately 120 guests.

The 2,800 square foot lower-level houses the prep kitchen, storage and mixed-use office space. SourceGroup worked with the owner/architect to obtain city variances and other specialty permits required from the city.

Valentini's Vincino Lago

M & I Bank

SourceGroup took the lead in assisting M&I with negotiating and purchasing this property as well as preparing the site by demolishing the existing structure.

This design was the first of its kind for M&I and now all M&I banks have the same architectural look and feel.

G-Will Liquors

After having an exceptional experience with our team on recent Lino Lakes projects, Rademacher Companies once again looked to SourceGroup to help deliver a 12,500-square-foot building. This project was completed under complex development circumstances, including inserting the facility within a Presbyterian Homes master development and creating a new plaza and park area at what will eventually be a major retail section in the city.

G-Will Liquors & Bills Superette

Rademacher Companies elected to work with SourceGroup on 4.5 acres of retail development with over 21,000 square feet of liquor retail and a large convenience store in an aggressively expanding area of Lino Lakes. One of the more challenging aspects of this project was working with the city and county to install the necessary sewer and water utilities close to 30 feet deep along two county roads requiring extensive traffic management and flawless execution.
